Javed Sikander, an Ex-Microsoft Senior Director has joined XtreamIT as CEO. Javed was with Microsoft Redmond and India for 11 years. With over two decades of leadership experience in delivering emerging technology to enterprise grade clients, Javed brings a passion for technology and execution focus to Xtream. Most recently Javed was the Senior Director of Azure BizTalk Services where he was responsible for an enterprise scale cloud middleware service to connect services in the cloud with on premise enterprise systems. Javed spent the first seven years of his career at i2 Technologies as Director of Development where he incubated and led a team that was responsible for building Supply Chain Analytics solutions. Javed later made the move to Powermarket, a Kleiner Perkins funded startup where he worked as a Senior Director of Product Management. The company later merged with a rival and was ultimately acquired by Oracle. “We at Xtream are working to fill the gap in managed services and talent in the disruptive innovations taking place in Information Sciences and Technology. When disruption around RFID products took off around 2003, Javed lead the way at Microsoft. When SOA, web services, and XML took off around 2007, Javed took over Biztalk at Microsoft.
